Bag Self-Inspection Summary

Oct 03, 2024

Today, in accordance with customer quality requirements, our company arranged a routine quality inspection of in-transit orders and found several recurring issues that need attention. Here are four key issues observed:

Inconsistent stitching: Several items had inconsistent stitching, with some seams tighter or looser than required. Poor stitching can lead to premature wear and affect the overall strength and life of the bag.

Material defects: Some bags showed signs of material defects, such as small tears, thin spots, or uneven dye application. These defects affect the aesthetics and functionality of the product and may result in returns or negative reviews.

Size discrepancies: Some bags had slight differences in size from the specified specifications. While these differences are small, they can be troublesome for customers who rely on accurate measurements for trial fitting or storage.

Zipper smoothness issues: Several bags had zippers that were either too stiff to operate smoothly or easily stuck. This can seriously affect the user experience and the durability of the product. Ensuring that zippers glide easily is critical to customer satisfaction.
