Select a Reliable Chinese Bag Supplier
Just focus on the four core aspects - qualifications, quality, production capacity, and service. Don't be swayed by the temptation of low prices. Pay attention to the stability and compatibility of the supplier. Then you can find a partner worthy of long-term cooperation, enabling you to conduct your foreign trade business more stably.
Step 1: To verify the qualifications and production capacity of the suppliers. A reliable supplier must have a legal business license, a regular production workshop and stable production equipment. It cannot be a trader that only acts as an intermediary and does not have its own factory. Preferentially choose manufacturers with international certifications such as ISO9001 and BSCI. These manufacturers have strict management and guaranteed quality, and are more suitable for foreign trade exports.
Step 2: To focus on the product quality and samples. Whether the luggage is durable or not, and how finely the work is done, directly affects your reputation in the overseas market. Good suppliers will inspect every step from the entry of raw materials to the production of finished products, such as whether the fabric is sturdy, whether the hardware has texture, and how well the zippers function. Before cooperation, you must ask the supplier to send samples and carefully examine the workmanship and materials of the samples to ensure that the quality of the large-scale production products is the same as that of the samples. Don't choose suppliers with too low prices just for the sake of saving money. Most of these suppliers will cut corners and are likely to have quality problems later, leading to returns and losses.
Step 3: Evaluate the supplier's production capacity, delivery time, and whether they can meet the requirements of foreign trade. Reliable suppliers can properly arrange production and won't delay your time. If your foreign trade order has different requirements such as small batch trial sales and large batch supply, choose the manufacturer that can flexibly cooperate. They should be able to undertake both small batch trial production and large batch orders.
Step 4: Pay attention to the service, reputation and cooperation details of the suppliers. Good suppliers respond quickly to messages, can promptly meet your needs, provide reasonable suggestions, and follow up on the order progress throughout the process. They also actively resolve any after-sales issues. Additionally, make sure they are familiar with the export process for foreign trade, can provide the necessary documents for customs declaration and quality inspection, and include details such as quotations, payment methods, and inspection standards in the contract to safeguard the rights and interests of both you and the suppliers.
